Terms of use

Effective Date: August 22, 2026

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") apply to the collection exchange websites operated by NODE HUB S.R.L. (the "Operator") that display or link to this document (together, the "Club Network" and individually a "Club Website"). The Club Websites covered by this version are listed in Section 21.

Each Club Website is dedicated to postcards, stamps, coins, banknotes, trading cards, stickers or other collectible items. References in these Terms to an "item" or "collectible item" mean the type of item specified on the Club Website you are using.

1. Purpose of the Club Network

The Club Network provides online tools that allow members to participate in non-commercial exchanges of physical collectible items, communicate with other members, keep exchange records and use related community features.

The operator provides the technical platform but is not a postal service, courier, insurer, escrow service, marketplace, seller, buyer or party to an exchange between members. Ownership and responsibility for an item remain with the members involved in the exchange.

Features, exchange quantities, matching criteria, eligible countries, themes and limits may differ between Club Websites. The rules and information displayed on the relevant Club Website or exchange request page form part of these Terms for that exchange.

2. Acceptance and Contract

By creating an account or using member-only features, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms. You also acknowledge the Privacy Policy. Consent for optional cookies or other optional processing, where requested, is handled separately and is not a condition of accepting these Terms unless the processing is necessary to provide the requested service.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not create an account or participate in exchanges. You may stop using a Club Website and request account deletion as described below.

3. Eligibility and Minors

You must have the legal capacity required under the law applicable to you. If you are under 18, you may use the Club Network only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. The Club Network is not directed to children under 16, and they should not create or use an account without the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

A parent or legal guardian who permits a minor to use the service is responsible for supervising that use, including the disclosure of a postal address and communication with other members.

4. Accounts

You must provide accurate and current information needed to operate your account and exchanges, including a valid email address and, when participating in physical exchanges, a complete postal address.

You are responsible for activity through your account and for keeping your login credentials confidential. Notify the operator promptly through the Contact page if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

You must not impersonate another person, create accounts using a false identity, transfer or sell an account, create accounts to evade restrictions, or use automated means to register or access the service without permission.

An account on one Club Website does not necessarily create an account on every other Club Website. Club-specific records and settings may remain separate even though the same operator and legal documents are used across the Club Network.

5. Exchange Process

Exchange partners are assigned using the matching rules available on the relevant Club Website. Matching may be random or may take account of factors such as country, selected theme, exchange history, exclusions, availability and current exchange limits. Unless a feature expressly says otherwise, members cannot demand a particular partner or destination.

When you request an address, you commit to sending the item described by the applicable exchange rules within the indicated period. You must use the correct exchange ID or other identification method so the recipient can register the item.

You must send the correct type and quantity of genuine physical items in reasonable condition. Any club-specific theme, condition, quantity or packaging rule displayed before or during the request must be followed.

You are responsible for postage, packaging, customs declarations, taxes, import restrictions and compliance with the postal and other laws applicable in the origin and destination countries. Do not send money, prohibited goods, dangerous materials, counterfeit items or anything not permitted by the applicable exchange.

A request for an address may be refused or delayed when you have reached an exchange limit, have unresolved or expired exchanges, have not accepted a required legal-document version, or are subject to an account restriction.

6. No Guarantee of Delivery or Equivalence

Postal exchanges involve risks outside the operator's control. The operator does not guarantee that an item will be sent, delivered on time, received undamaged, accepted by customs, registered by the recipient, or judged equivalent in condition, catalogue value, financial value or personal importance.

Unless a Club Website expressly states otherwise, exchanges are based on the stated type and quantity of items, not on equal monetary or catalogue value. Members should not send rare, irreplaceable or unusually valuable items through the service.

7. Member Conduct

You must act honestly, respectfully and in good faith. You must not use the Club Network for fraud, commercial solicitation, spam, harassment, threats, discrimination, hate, sexually explicit conduct, stalking, unlawful activity or attempts to obtain data or items through deception.

You may use another member's postal details only to complete the assigned exchange. You must not publish, sell, retain for unrelated purposes, add to a mailing list or otherwise reuse another member's address or personal information.

Repeated failure to send items, false receipt claims, manipulation of ratings, retaliation, coordinated abuse and attempts to bypass exchange rules are prohibited.

8. Ratings, Comments and Exchange Records

Where available, members may rate an exchange and submit comments or images. Ratings and comments must be honest, relevant and based on the exchange concerned. They must not be used to threaten, harass or pressure another member.

Exchange information, ratings, comments and statistics may be displayed on profiles or exchange pages as explained in the Privacy Policy. The operator may correct technical errors but is not required to resolve subjective disagreements about ratings or collectible value.

9. User Content and Licence

"User Content" includes profile text, avatars, images, exchange photographs, comments, messages, discussion posts and other material submitted by members.

You retain your rights in User Content. By submitting it, you grant the operator a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, resize, format and display that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure and present the Club Network and its public features. This licence ends when the content is deleted, except for backup copies, content already lawfully shared by others, and records that must be retained for legal or integrity purposes.

You must have the rights and permissions needed for content you submit. Do not submit illegal content; personal data of another person without a lawful reason; private correspondence intended to remain confidential; infringing, deceptive, abusive or discriminatory material; malware; or content that exposes postal addresses or other sensitive information publicly.

10. Content Moderation and Reports

Content and conduct may be reviewed following member reports, administrator observations or technical security and spam signals. The operator may leave content unchanged, reduce its visibility, remove it, restrict a feature, issue a warning, suspend an account or terminate an account when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, comply with law, protect members or secure the service.

Moderation decisions are generally made through administrator review. Automated technical tools may block spam, malicious activity or security threats, but the Club Network does not use an automated system to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects for members.

Illegal content, intellectual-property infringements and other violations may be reported through the Contact page. A report should identify the content, its location, the reason it is considered unlawful or contrary to these Terms and reliable contact information. Reports are assessed in good faith and proportionately, with regard to the rights and legitimate interests of those involved.

If content or an account is restricted, the affected member may request a review through the Contact page, explain the reasons for the request and provide relevant evidence. This does not limit any right to contact a competent authority or seek a legal remedy.

11. Intellectual Property

The Club Network software, design, databases, original text and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except where law permits otherwise, they may not be copied, republished, scraped, sold or exploited without permission.

Names, logos and images relating to third-party organizations, heritage programmes, collectible brands or characters remain the property of their respective owners. A themed Club Website is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by a referenced organization or rights holder unless the website expressly states otherwise.

If you believe content infringes your rights, submit a detailed report through the Contact page. The operator may request evidence of identity, ownership and the location of the material.

12. Optional Supporter Features and Payments

Some Club Websites may offer voluntary supporter status, donations or optional paid features. The payment page will describe the applicable benefit, duration and amount. Payments do not guarantee successful delivery, a specific partner, a specific country, a particular rating or preferential treatment outside the stated supporter feature.

Payments may be processed by an external payment provider, such as PayPal, under that provider's terms and privacy policy. Nothing in these Terms excludes any refund, withdrawal or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Third-Party Services and Links

The Club Network may use or link to postal services, payment services, hosting and storage providers, analytics, advertising, social networks and other third-party services. Their availability and conduct are outside the operator's control, and their own terms and privacy information may apply.

14. Availability and Changes to the Service

The service is provided on an "as available" basis. Maintenance, security incidents, provider failures, legal requirements or operational decisions may cause interruptions or changes. The operator may add, modify, suspend or discontinue features or a Club Website, taking reasonable steps to notify members when a material change affects active exchanges or paid features.

15. Suspension, Termination and Account Deletion

The operator may restrict, suspend or terminate an account for a material or repeated breach of these Terms, risk to other members, fraud, unlawful activity, security reasons or a legal obligation. Where appropriate and lawful, the member will be informed of the reason and offered an opportunity to request review.

You may stop using the service and request account deletion through the Contact page or any account-deletion function made available. Deletion and retention of associated records are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

16. Disputes Between Members

Members are primarily responsible for resolving exchange disagreements respectfully. The operator may review records, facilitate communication or take account-level action but is not an arbitrator, does not determine ownership or monetary value and cannot guarantee recovery or replacement of an item.

17. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the operator does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, postal performance, the accuracy of User Content, exact matching, or the conduct of another member. Use of the service and participation in physical exchanges involve the ordinary risks described in these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, including liability for fraud or other liability that cannot legally be excluded. Mandatory consumer and data-protection rights remain unaffected.

Subject to the preceding paragraph, the operator is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses, loss of collectible value or events outside reasonable control. For losses directly caused by a failure of the online service, any limitation will apply only to the extent reasonable and permitted by applicable law.

18. Privacy

The Privacy Policy explains how personal data is processed across the Club Network. The Cookie Policy explains the use of cookies, local storage and third-party technologies. These documents should be read together with the Terms.

19. Changes to These Terms

The operator may update these Terms to reflect legal, security, operational or service changes. The effective date and version will be recorded. Members will be informed of material changes through the website or another appropriate channel and, when required, will be asked to accept the new version before continuing to use affected member features.

Changes do not retroactively alter completed exchanges or remove mandatory rights.

20. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Romanian law. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections under the law of your country of habitual residence. The competent Romanian courts will have jurisdiction unless mandatory law permits or requires proceedings in another court.

21. Club Websites and Club-Specific Scope

This version applies when displayed or linked on the following domains and their official language subdomains:

In particular, themed websites may limit eligible items to a subject, geographic area, collection type or catalogue. Such operational details supplement these general Terms but do not create a separate operator or separate legal-document set.
